Dual-com burglar alarms operate on two signals of a telephone line and a radio signal. If either are tampered with, whether accidentally or on purpose, the alarm receiving call centre and emergency services will be called.
Dual-com burglar alarms do not need an internet connection and costs less to install and run than any other dual signalling device.
